A beautiful new addition to GCNM's available dogs!

Meet Maggie!

Maggie was surrendered to us by the person who purchased her when she was a puppy. She is now 2 years old. Her father and mother were both racing greyhounds, but for some reason the litter was never registered, nor tattooed.

Maggie is a large, timid girl.  She gets along great with other dogs, though she is somewhat intimidated by new dogs at first, as she had been attacked by a pit bull mix at her previous home (scars on her neck are evidence of a brutal attack).

She had been kept outside in a pen, so she is just now learning how to live in a house and enjoy the comforts of doggie beds and lots of affection.

Once she learns to trust someone, she becomes a Velcro dog quickly!

If you are interested in giving Maggie or any of our other beautiful adoptable greyhounds their well-deserved forever home, please click here to complete our online adoption application.

  1. Maggie is going to be one lucky dog now that Judy and her adoption group have Maggie's best interest at heart.

Maggie -- from this moment on, life will get better you deserve it.
